Employment Enterprises, Inc. is currently working with one of the world’s largest and fastest-growing hospitality enterprises. We are currently looking for a Project Procurement Coordinator. You will have progressive exposure and active participation within the full spectrum of project management, culminating with the assignment of primary responsibility and accountability for executing single or multiple projects of aggregated scope and complexity, within the guidance of the immediate supervisor.

Project Procurement Coordinator Responsibilities:

  • Provides direction or support in coordinating and administrating project activities.
  • Progressively participate within all aspects of the Project life cycle, working in conjunction with the guidance or direction of the respective manager(s) as to ensure the administrative and tactical functions have been reviewed, addressed, and resolved.
  • Assist in the reconciliation of the project in accordance with the department policies and procedures
  • Maintain archives of project correspondence and files.
  • Prepare project status reports and submittal tracking reports.
  • Participate in various project-specific meetings with stakeholders, as applicable.
  • Develop and populate standardized point of sale database templates for 9 concepts across 3 approved point of sale providers.
  • Develop standardized enterprise point of sale database templates for 5 in-room dining concepts.
  • Assist in the development of training, guidance, and best practice materials
  • Discovery of requirements and project manage a multidisciplinary team to ensure that project development is expedited
  • Co-ordinate and consolidate project communications to ensure alignment of test properties and vendor partners.
  • Track, report, and escalate action items with multiple stakeholders
  • Expedite the project in accordance with the required timelines and
  • Communicate all information in a timely manner to internal departments, external customers, and suppliers.
  • Participate in special projects, as required.

Project Procurement Coordinator Qualifications:

  • BA/BS Bachelor’s Degree or 6+ years of relevant work experience
  • Two (2) to Three (3) years of work experience in Point of Sale systems setup or installation
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Competent with Microsoft Excel.
  • Microsoft Excel

  • Exposure to multiple F&B & Retail Point of Sale Systems
