Employment Enterprises, Inc. is currently working with one of the world’s largest and fastest-growing hospitality enterprises. We are searching for a Recruiting Coordinator to provide a smooth and efficient hiring process. You support the coordination of all recruiting activities including scheduling interviews, supporting candidates through the interview process, and act as a candidate liaison throughout the recruiting process

Recruiting Coordinator Requirements:

  • Handle all candidate scheduling, candidate agendas, candidate travel, candidate amenities as well as the onsite candidate experience for all candidates.

Recruiting Coordinator Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • One (1) year of related experience
  • Microsoft Excel and Word experience
  • Work collaboratively with leaders at Hilton. We will need you to use your exceptional written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and action/service orientation.   
  • Problem-solving skills to solve problems effectively and creatively while maintaining a high level of flexibility, professionalism, and integrity
  • Superb communicators with an aptitude for positively influencing others and communicating effectively at all levels
  • Accountable individuals with a commitment to communicating results and recommending improvements
  • Possesses excellent written communication, interpersonal, consultative, and analytical skills
  • Deep understanding of time management and organizational skills
  • Self-starters, who take initiative in implementing goals, utilize analytical skills and possess the adaptability to change
