Employment Enterprises, Inc. is currently working with one of the world’s largest and fastest-growing hospitality enterprises. We are searching for a F&B Retail Sourcing Analyst to make an impact through the teams you support, the projects you work on, and the leaders with whom you interact. You’ll be responsible for discrete projects in the areas of spend analysis, project management, category support, RFI / RFP activities, supplier management activities, and other assignments.
F&B Retail Sourcing Analyst Responsibilities
  • Provide support for supply management retail programs
  • Oversee various retail sourcing initiatives including, but not limited to: sample reviews, market data analysis, program inventory management, contracting, and new item launches
  • Influence the strategy and product selection that related to the Elevated Retail Initiatives across multiple brands
  • Analyze and track spend & volume data to identify opportunities in support of sourcing initiatives
  • Communicate with suppliers and stakeholders to summarize projects, conclusions, recommendations, and planning next steps
  • Maintain current industry knowledge and attend ongoing training of procurement standard methodologies and procedures
F&B Retail Sourcing Analyst Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in business, management, or finance
  • Minimum of two (2) years of professional experience
  • At least one (1) year of Strategic Sourcing, Procurement, and/or F&B Retail experience
  • Previous work experience within an analytical and/or supply chain role
  • Deep understanding of Microsoft Office including Excel
  • Experience sorting through large amounts of data, analyzing, drawing conclusions, and presenting a coherent viewpoint
  • Experience using procurement tools such as Coupa
  • Ability to work independently, set priorities, and assist others in executing tasks
  • Ability to effectively manage upward by communicating status and managing timeline expectations
  • Ability to communicate effectively and clearly with team using a variety of communication methods
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with both internal and external stakeholders
