Employment Enterprises Inc. is supporting one of the leading providers of transportation services in the DC Metropolitan area. We are searching for an Associate Project Manager to support the Project Managers on critical components of project completion and frequently interacts with the clients, consultants, and contractors. To succeed, you should be able to perform each essential duty. Associate Project Manager Responsibilities:
Prepares and maintains schedules and budgets for projects.
Prepares and reviews investigation reports.
Researches and obtains utility records maps.
Assesses plans and field conditions for accurate mapping.
Prepares meeting agendas and summary action plan.
Coordinates meetings with team members and clients.
Attended weekly management meetings and prepared summaries on the general status of the projects.
Records field observations in advance of and during construction phase.
Communicates effectively in English for both written and verbal communication.
Demonstrates a positive attitude, collaborative mindset, and focuses on teamwork to support the growth and success of the company.
Associate Project Manager Qualifications:
Associate degree or equivalent work experience required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
1-3 years of experience in or exposure to construction, utilities, or civil engineering.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project) and Adobe.
CAD experience preferred.
Versatile, flexible, and able to work well in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
Possesses job knowledge and demonstrates strong skills in communication, planning, collaboration, decision-making, judgment, and problem solving.
