Sr. HR Reporting Analyst

Employment Enterprises Inc. is supporting one of the leading providers of transportation services in the DC Metropolitan area. We are searching for a Sr. HR Reporting Analyst. You will be Design and development of Human Capital performance measures, including trend analysis and target-setting.
Production Reporting and Data Set Deliveries:
Creates simple to complex report queries in PeopleSoft to respond to ad-hoc reporting requests and testing hypotheses.
  • Ensures reports are comprehensive, accurate, timely, and relevant and reflect the most recent organizational changes.
  • Ensure regularly scheduled dataset deliveries to customers are accurate and timely.
  • Applies statistical findings and communicates effectively with HR stakeholders for HR Reporting Data analysis and to enhance their understanding of metrics and reports.
  • Recommends measurements for HR Reporting initiatives to determine value and effectiveness. Assists in the development, tracking and analysis of metrics and dashboards in support of period reporting. Analysis may include quantitative and qualitative, transactional / efficiency and human capital metrics. Determines the mix of presentational tools (including dashboards) that will best deploy the information, to include traditional static, dynamic user generated, menu driven, and real time interactive.
  • Confirm accuracy and effectiveness of presentation.
  • Reports Design and Creation: Expert knowledge of creating dashboard views and ad hoc reports. HCM and Other Reporting Tools: Expert knowledge of report development using HCM (PS Query) reporting tool.
  • Data Models and Dictionaries: Detailed and working knowledge of HCM Data Model and Data Dictionary.
  • HR Business Process: Thorough knowledge of the HR business processes and HCM functionalities that support all the HR Functions and the Self Service capabilities.
  • Business Practice Benchmarking: General knowledge in benchmarking principles and methodology and of business/industry practices.
  • HR Analytics and Methodologies: Knowledge of the drivers of HR analytics and HR planning methodologies to build processes and tools to support business needs.
Education • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, statistics, liberal arts or related field. Experience
Minimum of five years related work experience (HR Reporting and Data Analytics) with PeopleSoft 9.1 or similar HRIS. Experience creating dashboard views and ad hoc reports.
