Employment Enterprises, Inc. is working with one of the first national charitable consulting and management firms in the United States. They partner with philanthropic organizations to enable them to have the greatest impact on communities and causes. They are seeking a direct hire (permanent), on-site Administrative Coordinator who will support executives and business operations throughout the firm.
Administrative Coordinator Responsibilities:
Work directly with business operations team to support all business units.
Assist in providing high-quality, reliable internal and external communications.
Maintain client and company confidentiality, especially when handling client financial information.
Maintain sales pipeline spreadsheet.
Support marketing initiatives by maintaining database of marketing written marketing materials, email lists, direct mail lists.
Assist where needed in client outreach.
Track and report on results of marketing efforts.
Plan and schedule meetings by maintaining and coordinating calendars and meeting schedules among staff members.
Perform market research utilizing publicly available data.
Assist in administrative tasks that ensure clients’ charitable organizations remain compliant with all federal and state laws, regulations, and policies.
Detailed data entry and database management ensuring all information is accurately recorded in company databases.
Record or maintain document management and organization of documentation.
Other duties may reasonably be required.
Administrative Coordinator Qualifications:
Demonstrate high energy and excellent interpersonal skills.
Be exceptionally organized and possess precise attention to detail.
Display a high degree of professionalism taking personal initiative.
Use MS Office programs effectively, especially Excel.
Experience with a CRM platform preferred.
Work with secure document platforms like DocuSign or ShareFile
Possess problem-solving skills.
Be a clear communicator.
Measure and report on the results in all areas of responsibility
Identify business levers of influence and act on improving results.
Exceed established business goals and help grow the revenue of the firm.
