Employment Enterprises, Inc. is currently working with a national association for investor-owners within the utility’s domain. We are searching for an Executive Administrative & Member Communications Liaison. This role will be responsible for managing and providing a broad range of high-level administrative and executive assistant duties for the Senior Vice President of Communications & Member Engagement and the CME team.

Executive Administrative & Member Communications Liaison Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-level executive assistance to the SVP.
  • Scheduling internal and external meetings, including communications team calls and meetings.
  • Managing office logistics and tracking projects for the team.
  • Preparing and reviewing draft materials.
  • Preparing and submitting expense reports.
  • Assisting the team with various projects related to event preparations, shared mailboxes, award programs, member company research.
  • Board of Directors and CEO meetings by assisting with member company requests before and during the meetings.
  • Helping with registration and reaching out to CEO offices to confirm executive attendance.
  • Tracking Board member attendance and ensuring CEOs or their subs are registered and there are tent cards for them.
  • Taking onsite attendance to include in the meeting minutes.
  • Serving as the communications liaison to CEO offices/CEO assistants.
  • Manage the communications team budget. Create new purchase orders, process and track invoices and payments, and work with legal to ensure that contracts and the necessary vendor paperwork are provided.
  • Assist with the development, tracking, and collection of Associate member dues.
  • Help to plan/provide support for regional CEO meetings (2/year) and annual Beyond the Boardroom training (1x year).
  • Support the communications team by maintaining a calendar of calls and meetings.
Executive Administrative & Member Communications Liaison Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree not required, but strongly preferred.
  • 8-10 years of supporting a senior executive or working directly with senior management in a company or organization, preferably in an association.
  • Experience planning larger corporate events preferred.
  • Excellent organizational, and time management skills
  • Able to work with employees of all levels including senior level executives.
  • Ability to establish professional relationships with good customer service, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong meeting coordination and facilitation skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with others in individual and group settings.
Pay Rate: $93,000-$97,000
