Senior Manager, All Suites AD&C Professional - Non IT

Employment Enterprises, Inc. is currently working with one of the world’s largest and fastest-growing hospitality enterprises. We are searching for a fully remote Manager, All Suites AD&C who will be responsible for managing projects in this category, ensuring consistent application of brand requirements in submittals, while working in partnership with owners, consultants, and internal team members. You will also remotely confirm construction completion of new development projects. Senior Manager, All Suites AD&C Responsibilities:
Work cross-functionally across internal teams and the EV Charging team to ensure the EV Charging program is successfully implemented with an achievement of 20,000 EV charging stations across approximately 2,000 hotels in the Americas.
Create baseline standard for automatic site approval regarding EV charger installations in consideration of number, size, placement, visual impact, etc. – initial site visits with the EV Charging team required in development of documentation.
Review site plans and satellite images to ensure the proposed EV charger solutions follow Brand Standards and protect Hilton’s interests regarding guest experience.
Work with EV supplier and hotel owner regarding construction issues with charger installation, electrical metering – provide expertise in construction including going to site when needed.
Provide technical guidance and services while enforcing design and construction standards.
Build positive relationships with hotel owner/franchisee and their project team while conducting virtual meetings, conference calls, and site visits to explain requirements.
Conduct on-site construction inspections. Immediately address issues on-site, followed by written correspondence explaining the non-complying issues.
Review architectural and engineering plans of hotels - schematic plans (25%), design development (50%), and final documents (100%) - specifications, construction submittals, and shop drawings to ensure compliance with requirements.
Coordinate with teams, including interior design, engineering, food & beverage, fitness, opening teams, brand support, and quality assurance.
Immediately resolve deficiencies or non-compliance with brand standards or PIP scope with hotel owner/franchisee (including issues discovered during review submittals and during the progress of construction).
Continually update and input project data in the tracking system. Provide accurately forecasted construction start and hotel opening dates for senior management and teams critical to hotel opening (brand support, information technology, and quality assurance).
Review and propose revisions to standards and prototype documents based upon field experiences.
Senior Manager, All Suites AD&C Qualifications:
Five (5) years of design, construction, and/or renovation experience in development, construction, or renovation projects
Five (5) years of experience reading and interpreting construction documents (e.g. architectural and engineering plans)
Two (2) years of project management experience.
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
BA/BS/bachelor’s degree in architecture, Engineering, Design, or Construction related field.
Seven (7) years of design, construction, or renovation experience in hospitality (hotel) development, construction, and/or renovation projects.
Licenses or Certificates such as Architect, Engineer, Interior Designer (NCIDQ), Project Manager (PMP).
Experience with EV charger installations.
Experience with Bluebeam.
40-60% travel
