Employment Enterprises, Inc. is currently working with one of the world’s largest and fastest-growing hospitality enterprises. We are seeking a Paid Campaign Analyst to join our team you will be pivotal in supporting strategic optimization and management of our Paid Search program which supports 20+ brands under our business. We are looking for dynamic and creative team members, who are passionate about using their creative and analytics skills to take on hard problems. 
Paid Campaign Analyst Responsibilities:
  • Understanding of Paid Search tactics and strategies.
  • Knowledge of the broader travel industry and its search opportunities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to run multiple projects at a time.
  • Strong analytical skills with initiative to read through mountains of data and report on potential opportunities.
  • Team mindset with ability to build positive relationships, exhibit tact, and earn trust.
  • Proven resilience in ambiguous/changing situations with the ability to adapt to evolving objectives and pivot to tackle unforeseen challenges.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Paid Campaign Analyst Qualifications:
  • (3+) years of paid search experience.
  • Proven track record supporting enterprise or large-scale media spend.
  • Experience with the Google and Bing Suite of products, SA360, Google Ads, Bing Ads,CM, etc.
  • In depth knowledge of Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics or similar.
  • Agency/Travel/hospitality experience is a plus.
  • Excellent time management and organization skills.
  • Advanced technical skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
Hourly pay range $28.00-$32.00
