Employment Enterprises Inc. is supporting one of the leading providers of transportation services in the DC Metropolitan area. We are searching for an Executive Assistant to support the marketing and communications department. This position is onsite in Washington, DC and pays $29 per hour.
Executive Assistant Responsibilities
Performs full range of clerical, procedural and administrative support duties for the General Manager.
Independently plan for conferences and meetings.
Organize meeting logistics including notifying all participants of time, place, and subject.
Arrange any catering services when required.
Executive Assistant Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
5 years of experience supporting executive level staff or higher
No industry knowledge or experience required
Must be professional, articulate and well organized.
Strong Microsoft office (Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, typing)
Must be flexible and resilient
Capable of performing various tasks simultaneously
