Employment Enterprises, Inc. is supporting one of the premier higher educational systems in Northern Virginia. We are searching for a Graphic Designer to create compelling visual renderings for environmental branding and signage projects, requiring strong design software skills, creative problem-solving, and the ability to collaborate in a fast-paced, detail-driven team environment. This position is fully remote based in Fairfax, Virginia and pays $35 to $40 per hour.
Graphic Designer Responsibilities:
Support environmental graphic projects, including creating renderings for building signage and branding needs.
Contribute creative ideas to impactful, real-world applications.
Collaborate effectively within a fast-paced, team environment.
Maintain attention to detail and solve design-related challenges.
Communicate and coordinate with team members and stakeholders.
Graphic Designer Qualifications:
Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Strong understanding of visual communication principles.
Ability to create detailed renderings and visual concepts.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field (preferred).
Prior experience in environmental graphics, signage, or architectural visualization (a plus).
Ability to support multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Flexibility to adapt to project needs and client feedback.
