Employment Enterprises, Inc. is supporting a financial enterprise that has a special mission to make housing accessible and affordable for Americans across the country. We are searching for a Project Manager to lead digital content operations across corporate web platforms, ensuring quality, accessibility, and strategic alignment through expert collaboration, technical proficiency, and agile project management. This position is onsite in McLean, Virginia and pays $45-$50 per hour.
Project Manager Responsibilities:
Create, administer, and publish digital content across corporate web platforms.
Review and ensure quality and accuracy of all published materials.
Maintain site standards in accordance with brand guidelines and user experience recommendations.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues that may affect effective content publishing.
Identify opportunities for improvement and address inconsistencies within digital content.
Collaborate with digital product owners, front-end and back-end developers, and other stakeholders.
Support ongoing documentation, content audits, and scheduled updates for regular releases.
Create, refine and assign backlog requests, ensuring each request is directed to the appropriate site lead for further action or delegation.
Regularly interact with client leads and management teams to discuss content requests, business areas, and shifting priorities.
Project Manager Qualifications:
4-6 years of hands-on experience with content management systems, with demonstrated expertise in Drupal or other CMS platforms.
4-6 years of experience with HTML and CSS, including troubleshooting and optimizing for web performance and accessibility.
Solid understanding of web accessibility standards (such as WCAG 2.1)
2-4 years of experience in a customer or client-facing role, demonstrating strong communication and collaboration skills.
2-3 years of experience using project management and workflow tools (e.g., Wrike, Jira, Monday.com, or Asana).
Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Marketing, Web Development, or a related field.
Experience with digital media, marketing, and website development, including search engine optimization (SEO) and content governance.
Familiarity with web analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) and the ability to interpret data.
Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
Ability to adapt quickly to change, learn new technologies, and manage multiple priorities.
Excellent relationship-building and collaboration skills.
Experience in digital communications, including web and marketing strategies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
