Employment Enterprises Inc. is supporting one of the leading providers of transportation services in the DC Metropolitan area. We are searching for a Recruiting Coordinator to support the Talent Acquisition team onsite in Hyattsville, MD. This position offers an hourly pay rate of $23.35. The ideal candidate will have at least a high school diploma or a bachelor's degree substituted in lieu of experience and will be responsible for providing administrative and compliance support throughout the recruitment process.
Recruiting Coordinator Responsibilities:
Assist with scheduling interviews for candidates and hiring managers to ensure an efficient recruitment timeline.
Communicate with candidates and internal team members via acknowledgment and regret notifications.
Prepare interview offer packages and ensure all documentation complies with company policies.
Support various administrative tasks related to recruitment and onboarding processes.
Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to facilitate a smooth hiring experience.
Recruiting Coordinator Qualifications:
High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent experience.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
