Employment Enterprises, Inc. is working with one of the world’s largest scientific organizations that is a leading publisher of authoritative scientific information. We are searching for a part-time Program Coordinator for Mentorship Initiatives. This is a remote opportunity with a client based in Washington, D.C., with an hourly pay rate of $19.00-$22.00. The position involves up to 20 hours per week.
Program Coordinator Responsibilities:
Coordinate communications between mentors, mentees, and program staff to ensure smooth information flow.
Maintain and update participant records and program documentation accurately and promptly.
Support scheduling and logistics for virtual mentoring sessions and related events.
Assist with onboarding new mentors and mentees to facilitate engagement.
Track engagement metrics and prepare comprehensive summary reports for program analysis.
Respond to participant inquiries, providing timely support and assistance.
Collaborate with the program team to streamline administrative workflows and improve processes.
Document procedures and contribute to continuous program improvement efforts.
Program Coordinator Qualifications:
Minimum of two years of experience in program coordination, administrative support, or related fields.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Outlook.
Experience with virtual meeting platforms such as Zoom and Teams.
Familiarity with mentorship software platforms is strongly preferred.
Experience with data tracking and reporting tools.
Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail.
Ability to independently manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Prior experience in academic, scientific, or nonprofit environments is a plus.
