Employment Enterprises, Inc. is currently working with a government entity that provides municipal services near the nation's capital. We are searching for an Intake Specialist with proven experience of responsible clerical experience. This position is onsite in Alexandria, Virginia and pays $24.50 per hour.

Intake Specialist Responsibilities:
  • Collecting and entering data in databases while maintaining accurate records of valuable information
  • Scan documents and perform file organization
  • Interpret information and determine is clients are eligible for services.

Intake Specialist Qualifications:
  • Bilingual Spanish required
  • High School diploma or GED equivalent
  • At least two years of responsible clerical experience
  • Medical billing experience
  • Knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Word
  • Ability to read, interpret and apply policy
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Experience with MS Office and data programs
