Employment Enterprises Inc. is supporting one of the leading providers of transportation services in the DC Metropolitan area. We are searching for a Project Coordinator. You’ll be responsible for planning, implementing, and completing multi-discipline project management and administrative activities related to the organization’s health and wellness initiatives. This position is onsite in Hyattsville, MD paying $34.61 per hour.
Project Coordinator Responsibilities:
Plan and coordinate project activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and task assignment.
Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budget constraints.
Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and clients to provide updates and address any issues or concerns.
Identify and mitigate risks that may impact project delivery or quality.
Prepare and present project reports, status updates, and recommendations to key stakeholders.
Lead project meetings, facilitate discussions, and drive decision-making processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of project activities.
Maintain documentation, records, and project files in an organized and accessible manner.
Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
Adapt to changing project requirements and priorities, making necessary adjustments to ensure successful project outcomes.
Project Coordinator Qualifications:
1-3 years of project coordination or related experience.
Demonstrated ability to maintain a polished and professional demeanor, including articulate communication and appropriate attire.
Capability to lead and guide project teams, ensuring tasks are delegated effectively and goals are achieved.
Strong focus on accuracy and precision in project planning, monitoring progress, and identifying potential risks.
Experience in building and maintaining positive relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
Can represent the company well in executive-level meetings and deliver high-quality results.
Experience required with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Candidate should be organized with good attention.
