Employment Enterprises Inc. is supporting one of the leading providers of transportation services in the DC Metropolitan area. We are searching for an Employee Health and Wellness Specialist who is passionate about supporting workplace well-being and excels in administrative coordination. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values confidentiality, and enjoys working collaboratively to enhance employee health initiatives. This position is onsite in Hyattsville, MD and pays $20.67 per hour.
Employee Health and Wellness Specialist Responsibilities:
Interact with customers and staff using professional, courteous interpersonal skills to provide optimum services
Ensure proper care of sensitive documents, including following procedures for mailing, handling, transmitting, and communicating these documents
Establish, maintain, and oversee the filing system and records for the department to ensure compliance with company guidelines and best practices
Prepare agendas and advisory memos to assure logistical support for assigned areas of responsibility, allowing comprehensive departmental planning
Employee Health and Wellness Specialist Qualifications:
One (1) to Three (3) years of experience involving clerical, operations, or administrative activities
Experience required with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook)
PowerPoint and medical office experience a plus
