Employment Enterprises, Inc is supporting a financial enterprise that has a special mission to make housing accessible and affordable for Americans across the country. We are searching for a Business Analyst, GenAI to drive innovation in reporting and workflow automation by integrating generative AI capabilities, enhancing executive communications, and delivering data-driven insights that empower strategic decision-making across the organization. This position is onsite in McLean, Virginia and pays $63-$72 per hour.
Business Analyst Responsibilities
Streamline and automate recurring reporting processes using tools such as Excel and Power BI.
Collaborate with the GenAI and Digital Experience Business Management teams to embed AI capabilities into reporting and business workflows (e.g., RAG-based insights).
Redesign PowerPoint templates and layouts to align with executive communication standards and improve visual storytelling.
Refine the structure and cadence of business updates and submissions to reduce redundancy and improve clarity.
Support the development and maintenance of dashboards, KPIs, and performance metrics for business stakeholders.
Business Analyst Qualifications
Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the mortgage, financial services, or technology sectors.
Proven experience streamlining and automating business processes and workflows.
Excellent communication and analytical skills.
Technical Skills:
Executive dashboard reporting (Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
Workflow automation (e.g., Power Automate, or similar)
AI/ML familiarity (e.g., GenAI, RAG)
Data visualization
Experience translating complex technical content into concise business updates
