Employment Enterprises, Inc. is supporting a family-owned real estate and property management company based in Rockville, MD. We are searching for a Property Manager with over five years of luxury property management experience to lead daily operations, foster resident satisfaction, mentor staff, and drive performance through strategic oversight, market analysis, and exceptional customer service. This position is onsite in Silver Spring, Maryland and pays $80,000 to $100,000 per year.
Property Manager Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of the property to achieve budgeted Net Operating Income and maintain high resident satisfaction and retention.
Serve as the primary contact for resident concerns; resolve issues promptly and ensure follow-up.
Conduct market surveys, analyze competitors, and evaluate weekly and monthly building specials.
Provide coaching, mentoring, and support staff development; train and onboard new team members.
Cultivate strong relationships with residents, team members, vendors, and building owners.
Walk vacant apartments to inspect move-in readiness and regularly inspect common spaces and exteriors, addressing issues as needed.
Perform move-out and 60-day notice inspections.
Manage resident transfers, lease addendums, and coordinate guest suite rental programs.
Collaborate on execution and management of events and marketing efforts.
Lead by example in demonstrating professionalism, accountability, innovation, and customer service.
Property Manager Requirements:
5+ years of experience in luxury property management leadership.
Proficiency in Yardi Software and revenue management.
Entrepreneurial spirit with a willingness to take initiative.
Strong team management and vendor/contractor oversight experience.
Ability to prioritize, organize, and meet deadlines efficiently.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Discretion, professionalism, and a customer-focused approach.
Flexibility to work extended hours and some weekends.
Successful passing of background checks and drug screening.
