We primarily offer full-time positions but do have the occasional part-time role.

Types of Roles:

Direct Hire: A direct hire employee is hired as a full-time, permanent employee with a salary and benefits. Benefits vary based on the client company/employer.

Contract: A contract employee is employed by Temporary Solutions, Inc and assigned to work at one of our client companies. Assignments vary in length from a few weeks to a year or more. The employee is paid by, and benefits are received from Temporary Solutions, Inc. Contract periods vary and many are eligible for contract extensions.

Contract to Hire: A contract to hire employee is employed by Temporary Solutions, Inc and assigned to work at one of our client companies. At the end of the contract period, the client company will have the option to convert the contract employee to a permeant position with them. At this time, the employee with then be paid by and receive benefits from the client company. This is often an excellent way for candidates to get their “foot in the door.”
