Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and professional Administrative Coordinator to provide temporary coverage while the Assistant Community Manager (ACM) is out on leave. This role is critical to ensuring smooth operations and exceptional service to residents and the Board during this period.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the condominium management team.
  • Handle resident inquiries and deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Assist with scheduling, correspondence, and general office tasks.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure timely communication with the Board and residents.
Requirements:
  • Strong administrative skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Professional demeanor and reliability.
  • Prior experience in property management or community association is a plus.
Schedule:
  • Onsite coverage required at least three days per week.
