Our client is a major financial enterprise dedicated to supporting housing markets and promoting sustainable homeownership nationwide. The Senior Project Manager will oversee complex projects within the Enterprise Third Party Risk Management division, utilizing strong organizational and communication skills to ensure successful delivery.

This is a full-time on-site position based in McLean, Virginia, paying $50.00-$60.00 per hour. This is a contract position.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage cross-functional project workstreams related to third-party risk management initiatives
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and status reports
• Coordinate with IT and other divisions to ensure project objectives are met
• Create and deliver presentations and reports for stakeholders
• Manage project documentation and ensure compliance with organizational standards

Qualifications

• Required: 8+ years of project management experience with strong organizational, communication, and writing skills
• Preferred: Experience in third-party risk management or the financial industry; proficiency with Jira and MS Project; PMP certification
• Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
