Our client is a trusted utility and energy provider delivering safe, reliable, and sustainable solutions to homes and businesses. The Occupational Health Coordinator will support employee health services related to worker’s compensation, drug and alcohol testing, OSHA medical surveillance, and fitness for work.

This is a full-time position based in Springfield, VA, paying $30.00 per hour. This is a contract position.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate medical care documentation for work-related injuries and employee health programs
• Manage scheduling of pre-employment physicals, drug and alcohol testing, and OSHA medical surveillance services
• Maintain employee records and tracking systems to ensure compliance with DOT and OSHA requirements
• Conduct annual DOT Clearinghouse checks for company CDL drivers
• Communicate with employees and management to resolve daily health-related issues

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks such as scheduling and record-keeping
• Proficiency with office software like Microsoft Office
• Customer service experience in a healthcare or corporate environment
• Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in managing information and compliance
