Our client is a local government entity committed to delivering essential public services and fostering community development. The Medical Records Technician will assist with scanning documents, processing reports, handling record requests, data entry, and record updates, supporting the organization’s record management functions.

This is a full-time position based in Arlington, Virginia, paying $18.50 per hour. 

Responsibilities

• Scan documents into electronic systems
• Process incoming reports and handle record requests
• Assist with data entry and record updates
• Maintain accurate and detailed records
• Support document management workflows

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently after training
• Prior experience in record management or office support preferred
• Knowledge of data entry systems and record-keeping best practices
