Our client is a trusted utility and energy provider delivering safe, reliable, and sustainable solutions to homes and businesses. The Customer Service Representative will support their call center in Michigan, providing effective customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.

This is a contract position based in Port Huron, MI, paying $18–$20 per hour. This is a full-time, contract position.

Responsibilities

• Respond timely to customer calls
• Provide accurate information and process customer requests following company policies
• Conduct research to answer customer questions
• Remind customers of special programs and explain related costs
• Participate in training and meet performance standards

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1+ years of customer service experience; call center experience preferred
• Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
• Strong organizational skills and confidentiality
• Basic proficiency with business software applications
• Ability to learn new systems
• Must be a US Citizen
