Our client is a globally certified transportation and logistics leader with more than 80 years of experience. The HR Consultant will assist with complex HR issues, reporting, and projects for a family-run business. This is a part-time position based in Springfield, VA, paying $60-$80 per hour. This is a contract position with an employment type of HR Consulting.

Responsibilities

• Assist with complex HR issues, reporting, and projects
• Prepare HR compliance reports and support reporting calendar
• Support HR Generalist and HR Manager as needed
• Contribute to ongoing HR compliance and reporting requirements
• Support a family-run business with HR-related needs

Qualifications

• Proven experience with HR compliance reporting
• HR certification required
• Strong understanding of HR processes and reporting
• Ability to support a family-run business in various HR issues
• Excellent communication and reporting skills
