Our client is a long-established care organization providing assisted living, nursing, and supportive housing services for adults, including those with limited resources. The Chief of Staff will support the CEO, full executive team, and Board of Directors, operating at a high level with visibility across the organization and serving as a representative of the entire executive team. This is a Full-time, direct hire opportunity based in Manassas, Virginia, with a salary of $90,000. Responsibilities
Support the CEO, executive team, and Board of Directors, ensuring smooth communication and coordination across senior leadership.
Manage high-volume and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Act as a central point of contact and coordination for the executive team.
Oversee a team of five in the front office.
Maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and poise due to compliance exposure.
Handle occasional evenings and weekends as needed.
Represent the organization professionally across all interactions.
Qualifications
Prior experience supporting C-suite leadership.
Experience managing executive offices and teams.
High level of organization and proactive approach.
Strong customer service skills.
Bachelor’s degree is required.
Excellent communication and confidentiality skills.
