Our client is a leading financial organization committed to strengthening housing finance and fostering long-term homeownership across the country. They are currently seeking a full-time, Senior Project Manager with experience in third party risk environments for an onsite role in McLean, VA, paying $58 to $63 per hour. This is a contract position.
Responsibilities
- Utilize consultative skills to perform needs and/or gap analysis, determining rollout strategies to meet customer needs, including broad and customized engagements.
- Facilitate customer engagement and feedback sessions effectively.
- Collaborate with internal business partners and resources to develop strategies involving third-party vendors.
- Manage multiple workstreams, developing cohesive project plans and rollout strategies.
- Schedule, develop agendas, and document meetings, tracking action items and issues.
- Interact with senior management regarding project status, progress, and issues.
- Use project management tools such as work plans, issue logs, and status reports.
- Prioritize tasks appropriately, working independently and within teams.
- Edit materials for clarity and instructional soundness.
Qualifications
- At least 5+ years of project, risk, or program management experience.
- Bachelor's degree or related experience.
- Experience building and maintaining project infrastructure, including project charters, planning, scheduling, requirements, issues, and risk management.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, including understanding business objectives and success factors.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
- Experience with OneTrust preferred.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional documentation skills.
- Leadership skills that inspire confidence and motivate teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
