Our client is a major transportation agency responsible for connecting communities and supporting mobility across the DC region. The Executive Secretary will provide comprehensive administrative support, including handling clerical duties, coordinating meetings and conferences, and communicating with leadership and employees.

This is a full-time position based in Hyattsville, Maryland, paying $26.19 per hour. This is a contract position.

Responsibilities

• Provide clerical, procedural, and administrative support for the Drug & Alcohol Compliance Program
• Make arrangements for conferences and meetings, notifying all participants of time, location, and subject
• Arrange catering services when required
• Communicate effectively with agency leadership and staff

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Medical office or related clerical experience
• Strong organizational and communication skills
