Our client is a privately held investment and advisory firm that has grown into a global organization. It provides wealth management and financial solutions for individuals, families, nonprofits, and institutions, focusing on long-term strategy and client success. This is a full-time, contract position based in Charlottesville, VA, paying $33.00 per hour. 

Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative support to the office team
  • Greet visitors and manage front desk duties
  • Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings
  • Support team with last-minute tasks and projects as needed

Qualifications

  • Strong customer service background or retail management experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional demeanor, courteous and respectful
  • Ability to exercise discretion in handling sensitive information
  • Adaptable, collaborative, and proactive attitude
