Our client is a major financial enterprise dedicated to supporting housing markets and promoting sustainable homeownership nationwide. The Senior Business Analyst will analyze and enhance business processes, gather and document requirements, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver strategic solutions.
This is a onsite position in McLean, VA, paying $50.00 per hour. It is a full-time, contract position.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and improve business processes to meet organizational goals.
- Gather, document, and validate business requirements and workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions.
- Support project management and coordinate with stakeholders for successful delivery.
- Conduct data analysis to inform decision-making and process improvements.
Qualifications
- Required qualification: 3+ years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in Jira, SharePoint, Excel, and data management.
- Experience with archiving data, repository standardization, and governance documentation.
- Technical writing experience is preferred.
- Ideal candidate will have some project management experience.
- Soft skills: analytical mindset, proactive attitude, excellent time management, prioritization skills, and ability to keep projects on track.
