Our client is a major transportation agency responsible for connecting communities and supporting mobility across the DC region. The Functional Analyst will provide expert support in system analysis, configuration, testing, and user training for Oracle Cloud HCM modules This is a full-time position based in Hyattsville, MD, paying $65.00 per hour. This is a contract position.

Responsibilities

• Support data conversion, report development, and testing of system functionalities
• Assist in documenting business processes, configurations, and system modifications
• Support user acceptance testing and end-user training sessions
• Provide troubleshooting and ongoing system maintenance guidance
• Identify and resolve discrepancies or errors using Jira

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Systems, or related field
• Six (6) or more years of relevant systems analysis experience
• At least two (2) years of Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM experience
• Familiarity with reporting tools such as OTBI
• Experience with Power BI, SQL, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data validation
• Technical certifications related to Oracle Cloud HCM are a plus
