Our client is a major financial enterprise dedicated to supporting housing markets and promoting sustainable homeownership nationwide. The Systems Analyst Specialist will play a key role in managing high-volume exception processing, backlog reduction, and automation pilot support to ensure operational efficiency and compliance.
This is a full-time, on-site position based in McLean, Virginia, paying $53.00-$63.00 per hour. This is a contract position.
Responsibilities
- Manage backlog reduction and intake processing to meet SLA goals
- Follow up on documentation and track remediation efforts
- Support automation efforts to ensure smooth transition and no disruption to business-as-usual operations
- Standardize repositories and scrub confidential data for readiness
- Assess exception quality and prioritize work based on risk and expiration
- Validate data hygiene and ensure record accuracy for audit readiness
- Track dependencies, remove blockers, and manage multiple parallel workstreams
- Communicate effectively with requesters, partners, and leadership on progress and risks
Qualifications
- 3+ years of relevant experience
- Hands-on experience with Jira, SharePoint, and Excel
- Experience in data archiving, repository standardization, and technical writing
- Some project management experience is preferred
- Strong analytical, proactive, and time management skills
- Ability to prioritize and keep projects on track
- Excellent communication skills for status updates and follow-up
