Our client is a local government agency dedicated to providing inclusive, innovative, and high-quality public services to its residents. The Bilingual Medical Billing Analyst will support the financial and billing operations within the municipal healthcare sector, ensuring accurate processing and reconciliation of medical claims and financial data.

This is a full-time position based in Alexandria, VA, paying $24.50 per hour. This is a contract position.

Responsibilities

• Manage medical billing processes, ensuring claims are accurately submitted and documented
• Perform financial reconciliations and journal entries related to billing activities
• Use Excel for data entry, analysis, and reporting
• Collaborate with team members to resolve billing discrepancies and issues
• Maintain detailed records and meet deadlines within a dynamic municipal environment

Qualifications

• Medical billing experience with relevant education; 4 years of experience without a degree
• Bilingual proficiency required
• Experience with Excel, journal entries, and reconciliations
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• References confirming prior work in similar roles
