Our client is a major financial enterprise dedicated to supporting housing markets and promoting sustainable homeownership nationwide. They are seeking a Senior Project Manager will support strategic programs aimed at standardizing business processes and enhancing data integration across applications.
This is a full time, onsite, contract position in McLean, VA, paying $57–$62 per hour.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop EBM strategy, define scope, and plan implementation
- Manage efforts using program management tools including plans, RAID logs, and dashboards
- Provide regular status updates and report progress to senior management
- Facilitate cross-functional meetings, develop agendas, and capture key decisions
- Support onboarding, onboarding activities, and stakeholder sign-off processes
- Ensure alignment across teams, manage risks, issues, and dependencies
- Drive change management and promote adoption of EBM practices
- Develop executive-ready documentation and communication materials
Qualifications
- 5+ years of program and/or project management experience
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience
- Experience building program governance and management infrastructure
- Proven track record managing large cross-functional initiatives
- Strong communication, facilitation, and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple priorities
- PMP or similar certification preferred
