Employment Enterprises, Inc. is a woman-owned workforce solutions and staffing firm that provides contract, contract-to-hire, and direct-hire recruiting services, along with Employer-of-Record payrolling and compliance support for clients nationwide. We are seeking a Human Resources Assistant who will support essential HR administration functions and help in day-to-day processes. This role focuses on coordinating routine HR and payroll-related support, maintaining accurate tracking and reporting, and partnering with the recruiting team on administrative needs such as referrals, postings support, and event/job fair logistics. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven, with strong customer service skills and solid proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite; prior HR or payroll support experience is a plus, but not required.
This is a Full-time, contract-based opportunity in Manassas, VA, paying $20 per hour.
