Our client is a not-for-profit electric cooperative that provides reliable power to Northern Virginia members and offers energy services like solar and natural gas, while returning financial benefits to its community. The Administrative Assistant will support the team with clerical tasks, invoice processing, and document management to ensure smooth daily operations. This is a part-time position based in Gainesville, VA, paying $18.00 per hour. 

Responsibilities

  • Processing invoices accurately and efficiently
  • Organizing and distributing incoming manufacturer drawings and test reports
  • Updating and maintaining associated tracking documentation
  • Collating and issuing monthly reports
  • Downloading and distributing consultant submittals

Qualifications

  • Prior administrative experience preferred
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
