Our client is a major financial enterprise dedicated to supporting housing markets and promoting sustainable homeownership nationwide. The Business Analyst Associate will support Agile delivery teams by managing operational and compliance-related activities tied to production readiness and change management.

This is a full-time, contract position based in McLean, VA, paying $40.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Manage ServiceNow change requests, ensuring completeness, approvals, and timely execution.
• Coordinate change management activities, including scheduling and tracking change tickets.
• Create and maintain Jira stories related to production and brownfield readiness.
• Collect and manage documentation and evidence to support operational readiness and compliance.
• Act as the central point of contact for cross-team readiness status updates.
• Support deployment activities and readiness reviews.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Delivery Analyst, or similar role.
• Experience working in Agile/SAFe environments.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
• Experience supporting production deployments or release management is preferred.
• Familiarity with Change Management processes, Jira, ServiceNow, and operational readiness frameworks.
