Our client is a trusted utility and energy provider delivering safe, reliable, and sustainable solutions to homes and businesses. The Project Manager will oversee project planning, execution, and delivery within the Boundary Apps portfolio to ensure successful outcomes aligned with business goals. This is a full time contract position, onsite, based in Springfield, VA, with a pay range of $140.00-$150.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management for Boundary Apps initiatives, including scope definition, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, product, operations) and external partners to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, risk assessments, and status reports.
• Facilitate regular project meetings, track milestones, and manage change requests.
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards, data governance, and security protocols.
• Identify and resolve project issues, escalating when necessary.
• Support post-implementation reviews and continuous improvement efforts.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in software or digital applications.
• Strong understanding of boundary applications, data integration, and enterprise systems.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Azure DevOps).
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is an asset.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working on ERP implementation projects is an asset.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a regulated or enterprise environment.
• Familiarity with APIs, cloud platforms, and data workflows.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced setting.
